Purpose and legal basis

We process B2B enquiry data to answer business enquiries, prepare quotations, confirm product availability and provide requested SDS/TDS/CoA or certification-related documentation. The legal basis is taking steps at the request of the business contact before entering into a contract, legitimate interest in handling B2B correspondence, and—where the form checkbox is used—consent to submit the enquiry.

Data collected

Name, company name, country, email address, product interest, quantity, requested documentation, message content and consent confirmations submitted by the visitor.

Form delivery service

The contact form is delivered to office@rawmaterialstrade.com through the FormSubmit static form delivery endpoint. The service is used only as a technical intermediary for B2B enquiry delivery; submitted data is processed for responding to quotation, availability, SDS/TDS/CoA or product documentation requests. If automatic delivery is unavailable, the website opens the visitor's email client as a fallback.

Cookies, localStorage and tracking

This website does not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts or advertising trackers by default. A single localStorage preference may be used only to remember that the essential privacy/cookie notice has been acknowledged. No non-essential tracking cookies should be added without prior consent.

Hosting and logs

The hosting and DNS providers may process standard technical logs such as IP address, requested URL, user agent and timestamp for security, fraud prevention and operation of the website.

Retention
